Barry Bragg
Barry brings eight years of experience as a professional lifestyle coach and uses a unique combination of physical and nutritional training to optimize the health, fitness and lives of men and women. Since opening Transformation, formerly Physique Transformation, in 2002, Barry has led the company to gain national recognition for its success stories in both weight loss and human performance.

Barry holds multiple certifications in areas including: Controlled Fatigue Training, The Warrior Diet, The Anti-Estrogenic Diet, as well as certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Barry is a former competitive athlete in football, baseball, basketball, soccer and wrestling. Combined with his athletic training and experiences, he has learned the art of his training from various influences from around the country and the world.
A native of Rolesville, NC, Barry received his B.S. in biological sciences with a concentration in nutrition from North Carolina State University. He currently resides in Raleigh, NC with his wife, Ashley, and son, Jaden.

Barry Seneri
Barry brings eight years of experience in the health and fitness industry to the Transformation team. During this time, he has excelled in the development and implementation of effective nutrition plans and efficient training systems. Barry’s expertise has been critical as the Transformation team has created innovative programs to achieve sustained results.

Through his development with Transformation, Barry has become one of the premiere fitness professionals in the country. Barry prides himself on the fact that he lives a healthy lifestyle. He has an “In order to teach it, you have to live it” attitude.
A native of Masontown, Pa., Barry earned his B.S. degree in criminal justice from Pennsylvania State University. He currently lives in Raleigh with his wife, Christi and their son, Braydon.

Erin Balsis
Erin joined the Transformation team in 2008 with two years of experience as a personal trainer in the Raleigh area. Erin understands the value of hard work, persistence, dedication and goal setting. She enjoys working with individuals from all age groups, as well as with people of all fitness levelsbeginners to competitive athletes. Erin incorporates a friendly, encouraging style into her training, and her workout programs are goal specific to meet the individual needs of her clients.

Originally from New York, Erin was an All-American collegiate distance runner while earning a B.S. in biology/education at Roberts Wesleyan College. Erin is certified for personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and she holds a current CPR certification.
Erin lives in Raleigh with her husband, Brian, who is also a distance runner.

Matthew Lee
Matthew joined the Transformation team in 2006. He strives to educate and inspire individuals in all areas of their lives, helping them to overcome obstacles on their way to a healthier, happier and stronger life. Matthew believes that in order to live life to the fullest you must take care of your health first and foremost.
A native of Memphis, TN, Matthew is a certified personal trainer and lifestyle consultant. Matthew currently lives in Raleigh, NC.

Amika Olchovic
Since Joining the Transformation team in 2007, Amika has been helping people engage in a healthy lifestyle. Her mission as a Transformation coach is to help individuals reach their personal fitness and health goals by increasing strength, body awareness and overall fitness. She also believes that it is important to help people improve their lifestyle choices. She not only helps people improve their confidence, appearance, and self-esteem, but their overall quality of life.

Amika is a certified personal trainer and is a former competitive Muay-Thai Kick boxer.
A native of Boone, N.C., Amika graduated with a B.S. is Biomedical Engineering from North Carolina State University. She now lives in Raleigh, NC.

Matt Perdue
While researching information to open his own personal training business, Matt found the Transformation team in 2007. After learning the philosophy and dedication displayed by Transformation team members, he decided to put his individual business plans on hold and help spread the Transformation vision of health and wellness.

Prior to joining Transformation, Matt spent six years in the pharmaceutical industry working on clinical trials for medication. Unsatisfied with the ability of drugs to alleviate chronic illnesses, he decided to apply his former personal training experience to a career that would directly benefit the health of individuals.
Matt is currently certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and has previously been certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). He is dedicated to learning the most effective ways for individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals, and believes that simplicity and clarity are the most powerful means to reaching those goals.
A native of Banner Elk, N.C., Matt received his B.S. in exercise physiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He currently lives in Morrisville, N.C.
